Consultation Services
We offer consultation services for the following: (1) experimental design to ensure compliance with international standards for EV research, (2) adherence to MISEV guidelines, and (3) guidance post-EV separation characterization.
EV Separation Techniques
The following EV separation techniques can be performed individually or sequentially: Size Exclusion Chromatography, Tangential Flow Filtration, Differential Ultracentrifugation, Density Gradient Ultracentrifugation, and Affinity Separations


EV Characterization
Using state-of-the-art technologies the EV Core lab offers the following techniques for EV characterization: Resistive Pulse Sensing, Nanoparticles Tracking Analysis, Nano-Flow Cytometry, Interferometric Imaging with Immunophenotyping, Transmission Electron Microscopy, Super-Resolution Microscopy, and Multiplexed Ultrasensitive ELISA.
Additional Services
The standard characterization techniques offered are Western Blotting, ELISA, and Protein, Lipid, and Nucliec Acid Quantification. Comprehensive profiling for RNA and proteins is is offered in collaboration with existing John Hopkins Cores.
